As the first person patients interact with, you'll help set the tone for their entire visit by providing friendly, professional service from the moment they walk through the door.What You'll Be DoingAs a Director of First Impressions, you'll welcome patients, verify demographic and insurance information, answer incoming calls, assist with questions, collect payments, and help maintain accurate patient records. You'll work closely with both patients and clinic staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, stays organized, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
