Core Dermatology is a thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice seeking an exceptional Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team and help create an outstanding patient experience from the very first phone call through every office visit.

This is more than an administrative position—we're looking for a natural leader who inspires others, enjoys coaching and motivating a team, and understands that exceptional customer service is the foundation of a successful practice.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example, coach, and motivate our front office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every day.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for every patient and visitor.
• Ensure outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Help drive practice growth by identifying opportunities to educate patients about our medical and cosmetic services.
• Manage daily front office operations, scheduling, workflows, and staff accountability.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture where team members feel supported, appreciated, and empowered.
• Partner closely with our physicians and Practice Manager to continually improve the patient experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading, managing, and motivating a high-performing team.
• Strong sales experience with the ability to coach others in patient communication and relationship building.
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable patient experiences.
• Friendly, warm, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in dermatology or healthcare is preferred, but exceptional leadership and customer service experience are most important.
