As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the welcoming face of our firm at our Corporate Hill location in Little Rock, greeting and engaging with clients and visitors every day. You'll offer them a refreshing beverage and guide them to the right conference room, ensuring their experience is nothing short of delightful.

Your role extends beyond just welcoming guests. You'll be the mastermind behind a clean and organized office, skillfully managing calendars and coordinating conference room reservations and setups. Every day, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, including overseeing inventory of supplies, snacks, and drinks - because who doesn't enjoy a little pick-me-up during a busy workday?

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK MANAGER

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position.
