Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly assistance
- Answer customer questions and support the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Answer incoming phone calls and promptly return missed calls
- Prepare, organize, and maintain customer paperwork
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and operating efficiently
- Maintain accurate and well-organized files and documents
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
