This part-time Front Desk Sales Associate role involves providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospective members in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment.
Responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with check-ins, promoting the Judgement Free Zone®, resolving concerns, answering phones, managing memberships, conducting tours, and driving retail sales.
Additional duties involve maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, amenities, and common areas, addressing safety and maintenance issues promptly, and supporting a positive fitness experience.
Requirements include 6-12 months customer service experience, being 18 or older, basic computer skills, ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
