F45 Training Coral Springs West | Hopson Health Wellness Center | Coach Craig
We’re looking for a creative, organized, outgoing Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to help support our fitness, wellness, and transformation businesses in Coral Springs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but also loves marketing, promotions, email campaigns, social media, and creating energy inside a business.
This is more than a traditional front desk position. You’ll help us keep our members and clients informed, engaged, and excited about everything happening across our brands.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Email & Member Communication
- Create and send weekly email blasts
- Promote upcoming events, specials, challenges, and wellness offers
- Help write member announcements and important updates
- Send promotional texts and follow-up communications
- Keep our community informed about what’s happening each week
- Help maintain our contact lists and marketing database
In-House Promotions
- Help create and execute monthly promotions
- Promote specials throughout the gym and wellness center
- Create signage, flyers, QR codes, and promotional displays
- Make sure team members understand current promotions
- Help promote challenges, events, anniversaries, open houses, and community events
- Keep TVs, front desk displays, and promotional materials current
- Help generate excitement around new services and offers
Social Media
- Assist with Instagram and Facebook content
- Capture photos and short videos throughout the day
- Create Stories, Reels, posts, and promotional content
- Highlight members, coaches, wellness services, events, and success stories
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Respond to basic social media messages and inquiries
- Assist with content for the Coach Craig brand
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet members and clients
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and basic inquiries
- Schedule appointments and wellness services
- Assist with check-ins and daily front desk operations
- Help new clients understand our services and current promotions
- Create a welcoming and professional environment
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who is:
- Creative and comfortable with social media
- A strong writer and communicator
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
- Comfortable creating email campaigns
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional
- Comfortable taking photos and videos
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Interested in fitness, wellness, health, and lifestyle
- Comfortable learning new software and marketing platforms
Experience with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or similar platforms is a plus.
You do not need to be a professional marketer, but you should understand what makes content engaging and be willing to learn.

Hopson Health Wellness Center – Recovery and wellness services including red light therapy, cryotherapy, sauna, compression, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and more.
Coach Craig – Transformation, wellness, longevity, and lifestyle content focused on helping people improve their Spirit • Mind • Body.
POSITION
Coral Springs, Florida
Part-time or full-time depending on experience and availability.
Some mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends may be required depending on events and promotions.
Compensation based on experience with opportunities for performance incentives.
