About us


Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center is a very busy plastic surgery office offering exceptional personal attention and care to our patients. We perform surgery in our fully accredited facility for elective cosmetic, aesthetic surgery as well as offer surgery for medical needs including plastic and reconstructive surgery for trauma and medical issues.


Responsibilities and duties for this exciting busy Plastic Surgery Office include but are not limited to:


Greet patients promptly and project a professional and friendly first impression of our office with an energetic and friendly attitude and have the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail


Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, change appointments, answer patient's questions and discuss basic information regarding procedures performed by our surgeons


Call patients to confirm, change or reschedule appointments as necessary


Respond to patients via email, text, and phone


Must be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team and work in a fast past environment


Collect and post patient payments


Assist with insurance authorizations and referrals as needed


Prepare charts for all new patients, entering demographics and other pertinent information accurately


Have brochures and informational packets ready for new patients


Maintain patient flow by coordinating and working with other staff members


Maintain current calendar of meetings, etc. for doctor


Maintain a positive attitude at all times with staff, doctors, and patients


Salary is very competitive with other positions in the Medical Center and will be determined based on experience and qualifications


Qualifications:


Exceptional personal skills - experience in Plastic Surgery office helpful and desirable


Strong computer skills


Ability to help other staff members when needed


Bilingual is a big plus


Minimum 2 years experience in Plastic Surgery or related areas preferred
