Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, youll be the first point of contact for patients, managing a busy front desk and ensuring a professional atmosphere. Youll work closely with the clinical team to deliver results that make a difference.
What Youll Do:
As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and coordinate closely with healthcare providers.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and manage inquiries with professionalism and patience.
- Maintain accurate records within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as CounselEAR.
- Perform accurate data entry within Microsoft Office applications and internal computer systems.
- Provide clear instructions and high-quality service to patients during high-traffic periods.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
What Youll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or medical front desk setting.
- Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented personality with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain professional and composed during high-volume periods.
- Proficiency with multi-line phones, multi-screen setups, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with EMR systems (CounselEAR preferred).
- Strong communication skills, specifically the patience required to assist hearing-impaired patients.
