Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, golf clubs, beverage cart service, restaurants, retail, or customer service who enjoys creating memorable experiences and building relationships.

What You'll Do

Be the first friendly face members and guests see when they arrive
Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
Manage reservations, inquiries, and special requests
Coordinate dining reservations and member services
Assist with events and special activities
Support office operations, data entry, and administrative projects
Help with invoice processing, payment posting, and other accounting-related tasks
Keep the front desk organized, professional, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
Experience in customer service, hospitality, golf clubs, restaurants, retail, or front desk environments
Comfortable interacting with members, guests, and executives
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook and Excel)
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
