Join Stretch Zone as a Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients while helping drive membership sales and support member success. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming studio environment, building client relationships, and helping people move and feel their best!
Responsibilities
- Own the front desk experience by warmly greeting clients, checking members in, answering phones, responding to questions, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment
- Manage the client schedule by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments while keeping the studio calendar organized
- Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone and helping them find the right membership for their goals
- Build strong member relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service
- Support member retention by creating a seamless client experience and addressing member questions or concerns
- Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continuously developing your sales skills
- Work closely with the studio team to contribute to daily operations and team goals
What You'll Have
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
