    Overview:

    BSR New Header iCIMS

     

    Our Night Auditors are the overnight ambassadors of Big Sky Resort, responsible for ensuring seamless guest service and accurate end-of-day operations. You’ll be the go-to contact for guests arriving late, departing early, or needing assistance throughout the night. In this role, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our lodging offerings and play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly while most of the resort sleeps.

     

    This position supports front desk operations at the Summit Hotel, Village Center, and Huntley/Shoshone Lodge.

    Responsibilities:

    Picture yourself as a Night Auditor at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:

    • Provide warm, professional service to guests checking in or out during overnight hours
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for late-night inquiries and guest needs
    • Run nightly audit reports and reconcile daily transactions across lodging and food & beverage outlets
    • Process credit card and cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Communicate effectively with Security and other overnight departments as needed
    • Stay informed on all resort activities, dining options, and amenities to assist guests at any hour
    • Collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests
    • Maintain a safe and welcoming front desk presence while standing for extended periods
    • Protect guest privacy and respond appropriately to unusual activity or behavior
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn

    • Hospitality experience is preferred but not required

    • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Available for overnight shifts, typically 11:00pm – 7:00am

    • Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
    • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
    • Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
