Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner during overnight shifts.
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling the day’s financial transactions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk and audit activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk or night audit roles preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reconciliation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
