Duties

  • Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Conduct detailed nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with courteous phone etiquette
  • Prepare and compile daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key hotel metrics to support management decision-making
  • Monitor security footage and perform routine safety inspections to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience during their stay
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any overnight issues affecting guest comfort or safety

Skills

  • Proven experience in hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems to efficiently manage guest accounts and reports
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with guest services protocols, hotel security procedures, and hospitality industry standards
