Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Desk operations
- Assist guests and resolve concerns
- Handle daily reports and cash procedures
- Ensure resort safety and policy compliance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Hotel front desk experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
