Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant

Location: Franklin, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

● Answer and direct a multi-line phone system

● Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

● Assist with Accounts Payable using QuickBooks

● Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

● Support office staff with a variety of administrative tasks

● File and organize paperwork

● Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks

● Perform general office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Experience with QuickBooks (required)

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office

● Strong customer service and communication skills

● Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office

● Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

● Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

● Ability to work well as part of a team
