Your Role as Front Desk/Operations

Alpha Fit Club is a high-energy group fitness studio committed to delivering an unmatched
fitness experience. Our team is driven, passionate, and dedicated to building a strong
community.

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face our members see, setting the
tone for their entire experience. You are responsible for providing exceptional service,
maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and ensuring the studio runs efficiently. Your ability
to multitask, sell memberships and retail, problem-solve, and bring positive energy will
contribute to the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities
● Member Experience Customer Service
○ Greet members with a warm, welcoming attitude
○ Assist with check-ins and class bookings
○ Provide information on membership options, promotions, and policies
○ Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
● Sales
○ Actively promote and sell memberships and class packages
○ Educate members on promotions, add-ons, and benefits to enhance their
experience
● Operational Support
○ Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
○ Support trainers and coaches with class transitions and studio upkeep
○ Troubleshoot minor tech issues with check-in systems and class software

Qualifications & Skills
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Sales-driven with the ability to upsell and close deals
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Comfortable with technology and gym management software
● Passion for fitness and a team-oriented mindset

Schedule & Availability
● Part-time positions available
● Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
