Front Desk Order Specialist
Location: West Midtown, GA
Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 9AM-5:30PM
Pay Rate: $18+ depending on experience
A high-end home furnishings company in West Midtown is looking for a rock star front desk order specialist to help their clients with every aspect of the special order process. Do you have a passion for interior design? This is a great temp to hire position with a well-established and upscale furnishings company!
Responsibilities:
- Special order support for large textile showroom
- Order fabrics and trim for special orders
- Tracking orders and processing, organizing and filing paperwork
- Ordering support for many departments
- Vendor interaction to monitor and process orders for high end textiles
- Checking stock and following up with customers
- Establish strong relationships with vendors
- Other duties as assigned such as inventory, shipping, purchasing, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required/ Bachelor's preferred
- Professional demeanor and personal presentation highly coveted with excellent hygiene
- Strong computer proficiency
-Ability to accept constructive criticism and accept management instruction
- Patience to repeat or redo projects through multiple layers of edits/ revisions
- Experience in furniture or fabric a plus
