ABOUT GAMEDAY MEN'S HEALTH


Gameday Men's Health is a cash-pay men's wellness clinic in Georgetown/Round Rock, TX, specializing in TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), weight loss, hair loss, peptides, IV therapy, vitamins, sexual performance enhancement, and ED treatment. We operate without insurance — direct patient relationships, transparent pricing, real results.


THE ROLE


Title: Front Desk & Patient Acquisition Specialist Location: Georgetown, TX (in-person) Hours: Part-time, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (28.5 hrs/week)


This role is the first and most consistent point of contact for our patients — on the phone, at the front desk, and increasingly, on social media. You'll own the full patient relationship loop: answering calls, processing payments, bringing in new patients, keeping current patients engaged, and building our social media presence.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Phones & Front Desk:

• Answer and manage all incoming calls — scheduling, inquiries, pricing questions
• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out flow
• Process payments (cash-pay model — no insurance billing)
• Maintain a professional, welcoming front-desk environment

Patient Acquisition:

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective patients with confidence — explain services, pricing, and next steps
• Follow up on leads (calls, web inquiries, social media DMs) to convert interest into booked appointments
• Track where new patients are coming from and what's converting

Patient Retention:

• Manage follow-up calls/texts to keep patients engaged and returning
• Identify patients who may be falling off (missed appointments, lapsed treatment) and proactively re-engage them
• Support a referral program — track and encourage patient referrals

Social Media:

• Create and post regular content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) — service highlights, educational posts, patient testimonials/transformations (with consent), clinic culture
• Respond to social media comments/DMs professionally and promptly
• Keep a consistent posting rhythm and track basic engagement

IDEAL CANDIDATE


Must-haves:

• Warm, upbeat personality — you enjoy talking to people and naturally make them feel comfortable
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing directly (cash-pay clinic, no insurance jargon)
• Comfortable and professional discussing men's health topics (TRT, ED, sexual performance, weight loss) — these are normal, not awkward, conversations here
• Basic social media fluency (personally active on Instagram/TikTok at minimum)
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, or fitness-industry front desk
• Some experience creating social content (even personal accounts count)
• Sales or customer service background

COMPENSATION


Base Pay: $19 - $22/hour (based on experience), part-time (28.5 hrs/week)
