Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on using the latest technology to provide world-class care, but our secret ingredient is our people.
What we’re looking for: We love working with people who are naturally proactive, highly detail-oriented, and know how to "WOW" a patient from the moment they walk in. Because we are a fast-paced clinic, we value teammates who can multi-task with a smile and bring a bit of "can-do" problem-solving to every day.
As the primary face and voice of our practice, you’ll set the tone for every patient’s experience. Your day will include:
- Patient Welcome & Check-In: Greeting patients warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming reception area.
- Scheduling & Patient Flow: Coordinating appointment schedules, managing follow-up visits, and keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly.
- Administrative & Insurance Support: Verifying insurance coverage, collecting copays and balances, and accurately updating patient records in the EHR.
- Clinical Team Coordination: Partnering closely with our medical assistants and physicians to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Requirements: To ensure our practice runs smoothly and every patient feels cared for, we are looking for candidates with prior experience in a medical office setting. If you bring strong organizational skills, a background in medical front-office operations, and a passion for exceptional patient service, we’d love to hear from you!
