We are searching for a  PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR  to join our dedicated, patient-centered team.  Candidates must be self-motivated, high energy, and have the ability to multi-task. Hours would be Monday - Friday from 7:15am until 4:00pm.

 Duties to include, but not limited to;

  • Assist with answering incoming phone lines
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and follow up care
  • Coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
  • Explain policies, procedures and/or services to patients using medical or administrative knowledge 
  • Provides administrative support to Physician and Management Team

Must have no criminal background and have excellent references (confirmation of dates of hire are insufficient and will not be accepted). 

Compensation:

Hourly Rate | 34-36 hours per week | Bi-weekly Payroll with Direct Deposit
