We are seeking a Front Desk staff to join our team. As a Front Desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. Requirements
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage the check-in and check-out process
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Patient scheduling / rescheduling
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Insurance verification
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required)
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role preferred
