We’re looking for someone who can be the
friendly face and reassuring voice of our clinic — a person who loves connecting with people, brings
positive energy every day, and can help patients feel
comfortable, informed, and confident about their treatment journey.
This role is part
front desk receptionist, part
patient guide and relationship builder. You’ll help patients with scheduling and check-in, but you’ll also play an important role in answering questions about the treatments the doctor recommends and helping patients understand their options, including the financial side of care.
This position is incredibly important to the success of our practice. The right person can make the difference between a patient leaving uncertain and a patient leaving with
hope and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming Patients - Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease from the moment they walk in
- Answer phone calls with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments and help keep the day running smoothly
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and payment collection
Supporting Patients Through Their Treatment Journey - Spend time with patients after their consultation to review the doctor’s recommendations
- Answer questions about procedures in a clear, simple, and reassuring way
- Help patients understand pricing, packages, financing, and payment options
- Follow up with patients who are considering treatment and provide encouragement and support
- Communicate closely with the clinical team to ensure patients feel cared for every step of the way
