Location: Maeville Pediatrics- Must be flexible to travel between both offices when needed.

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate to greet patients at the front desk and orient them to the office This role is very fast paced and requires multi-tasking. Candidate must be detail oriented as well by making sure patients chart is properly made and insurance is verified. Good communication is a must between co-workers and patients.


We prefer 1 year of medical office experience (pediatrics preferred) but not required. Must be friendly and dress professionally. The job requires use of Epic, EMR, Microsoft outlook, fax machine, multi-line phone system.
