Front Desk Receptionist – Landscaping Company
Pay: $22/hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We're looking for a proactive go-getter who's organized, friendly, and ready to support a fast-paced office—especially our accounting manager, Amy (she's sharp, not super chatty, and appreciates someone who just gets the job done). What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage scheduling, data entry, and general administrative support
- Communicate with crews, vendors, and customers clearly and efficiently
- Assist the Accounting Manager with projects and office tasks as needed
- Keep the office organized by managing emails, paperwork, and supplies
- Ensure the front desk runs smoothly while maintaining a positive attitude
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality – must be good with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous front desk or office admin experience preferred
