The Front Desk Receptionist at Compass Realty Inc will be responsible for managing the front office, greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to agents and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, agents, and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it tidy, organized, and presentable
- Schedule and confirm appointments, showings, and meetings for agents
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and sign-in procedures
- Assist walk-in clients with basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate agent
- Prepare and organize marketing materials, flyers, and property brochures for the office
- Support agents with printing, copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Enter and update client information in the office database or CRM
- Assist with coordinating open houses, closings, and client events
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, faxing, and correspondence
