Family Foot & Ankle Specialists, a division of US Foot & Ankle Specialist, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy podiatry clinic! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Greet and check in patients for appointments
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling and patient questions
- Verify insurance and update patient demographics
- Collect copays, balances, and patient payments
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
- Assist with referrals, authorizations, and appointment confirmations
- Support providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Required Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical front desk or healthcare office experience preferred
- Podiatry, orthopedic, or specialty clinic experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
