Beyond the Box is a design-first kitchen and bath studio in Billings. We sell cabinets, but what we really sell is the experience: walking a homeowner from "I don't even know where to start" to a space they love. Our motto is simple: Create Amazing Spaces. Build Relationships. Have Fun. The front desk is where all three start.

We're not looking for someone to just answer phones. We're looking for the first impression of the whole company, someone who makes every person who walks through the door feel like they're in the right place.

What you'll do

• Greet every client, trade partner, and walk-in, and get them to the right designer fast
• Own the phones, the inbox, and the designer calendars so nothing falls through the cracks
• Keep HubSpot clean: log new leads, update contacts, and make sure nobody gets lost between the first call and the first meeting
• Keep the showroom looking like a showroom: samples back in place, displays tidy, coffee on
• Handle the details that keep projects moving: scheduling, paperwork, deliveries, follow-up calls
• Be a real teammate to our designers, not just a desk they walk past

What you need

• 2+ years in a front desk, client service, or office coordinator role (design, hospitality, or high-end retail is a plus)
• Comfort with technology: CRM (HubSpot a plus), email, shared calendars, Google or Microsoft tools
• The instinct to catch what's missing and handle it before it becomes a problem
• A warm, polished presence in person and on the phone
• Organization and follow-through you can be proud of, every single day

How it works

• Full-time, in person at our Billings showroom
• Monday - Friday
• A small team where your work gets noticed, with room to grow into design coordination and operations
