Do you love working with kids and families? Are you friendly, organized, and great at multitasking? Our fun, fast-paced gymnastics facility for children is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (part time) to be the welcoming face of our gym!
Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays: 3:45-8:15pm, Saturdays 8am-2pm
Pay range: $17-$20 depending on experience
What You'll Do
- Greet children and parents with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Check students in and out for classes, camps, and parties
- Answer phones, emails, and questions about programs and schedules
- Process registrations, payments, and basic account updates
- Assist with birthday parties and special events as needed
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional
- Communicate clearly with coaches and management
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-service focused
- Comfortable working with kids and families
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Available for afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Previous front desk, childcare, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
