Front Desk Receptionist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Front Desk Receptionist opportunity with a high-end Law Firm located in Coral Gables, FL.

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Greet guests.
• Answer the main phone line.
• Maintain the conference room for meetings (keep it clean and neat, and ensure water and drinks are available).
• Maintain the break room and organize the snack and coffee areas.
• Assist with incoming mail and distribute it appropriately.
• Assist with outgoing mail via FedEx and UPS.
• Handle basic data entry in Excel.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• 2+ years of experience in a Front-Facing Receptionist/Office position.

Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
