We are a Toyota-Certified Collision Center seeking a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to delivering a professional customer experience and supporting daily shop operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Greet customers professionally and assist with check-in and pick-up
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule estimates, repairs, and follow-up appointments
Assist customers with basic repair status questions and general information
Coordinate with estimators, managers, and technicians as needed
Maintain accurate customer and repair records in the system
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable
Support customer satisfaction and delivery process
Customer service or receptionist experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
Automotive, dealership, or collision center experience preferred (not required)
