Columbia Auto Body is a busy, fast-paced collision repair facility seeking a motivated and dependable Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Whitman. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and repair status
- Assist appraisers with paperwork and administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
- Support daily front office operations and maintain an organized workspace
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient with computers and office software
- Knowledge of CCC One is a huge plus
- Bilingual in Portuguese is a bonus
- Monday – Friday
- Full-time position
