Cross Road Health Ministries, Inc. is seeking a Receptionist.in our Interior Alaska Medical Clinic (IAMC) If you would like to be part of our team that provides care to patients in rural Alaska while showing the love of Jesus Christ, please keep reading.

Position Summary:

Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, relaying incoming telephone, manages the clinics front desk; and provides customer service to patients and guests of the clinic. Supports the clinic by scheduling appointments, taking payment, verifying insurance, conducting follow-up calls, and completing patient forms and documents.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma.

• Experience working within the healthcare field.

• Two (2) years customer service experience.

• Experience with Athena EHR/EMR preferred.
