LHH is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Receptionist to join a mission-driven team in a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role on the east side of Indianapolis. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to jump in immediately - we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: Fully onsite (no remote option)

About the Role:

This position is all about connection and support. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate services, complete applications, and get the assistance they need. It's a great opportunity to make a real impact while building your customer service skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with completing applications
• Review forms for accuracy and completeness
• Perform light data entry and general office support
• Operate basic office equipment like copiers and scanners
• Help prepare case files and mail notices
• Support caseworkers with documentation and file management
• Pitch in with other office tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with diverse populations, including those with limited English
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with care
• Ready to start immediately

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
