As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a polished, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a high-visibility Front Desk / Operations Support role.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, architects, builders, vendors, and visitors
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
- Assist with shipping coordination, freight paperwork, and order tracking
- Support production scheduling and internal job coordination
- Help the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and project support
- Maintain organized project files and internal communication
- Keep the front office organized, polished, and operating efficiently
- Work closely with multiple departments across the company
