- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
