Key Responsibilities
- Own the front desk — professional, welcoming presence for every caller and visitor
- Answer and route calls promptly and accurately
- Greet and direct visitors and contractors, supporting facility access
- Provide dependable daily coverage that keeps the office running
- Set the tone for a positive, professional office culture
