Aahsome Salon & Permanent Makeup is looking for multiple Front Desk Receptionists to join our dynamic team! As a staple in the Rancho Cucamonga beauty scene for over 30 years, our full-boutique salon is known for its luxury experience, expert services, and strong client relationships.


As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of a high-end, full-service salon known for its luxury experience and long-standing reputation.


The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment, exude professionalism, and possess a genuine passion for hospitality and client care. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating seamless, memorable client experiences while managing the front desk with efficiency and grace.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client confirmations using salon software
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and retail area
• Handle transactions, process payments, and assist with retail product recommendations
• Communicate effectively with stylists and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support client retention through exceptional service and follow-up communication
• Assist the salon owner with administrative support, inventory management, team coordination, and client follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk or customer service experience (salon/spa experience preferred) (2+ years)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required) (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
