Job Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and growing our client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and building lasting client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer experience
- Scheduling appointments and following up on customer satisfaction
- Greeting customers both in-person and over the phone
- Developing rapport
- Initiating and maintaining communication with customers via phone, email, and internet leads to set appointments
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Call center or customer service experience is highly preferred
- Strong motivation and persistence to succeed
- Proficient in using computers and the internet
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- A solid work ethic with a passion for providing superior service
- Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, customer-focused

tickets per year. In 2021, our shop buildings and equipment were upgraded and now we work
out of three buildings with air conditioning and heating.
