Front Desk Receptionist

Renaissance of Richfield is currently looking for a full-time employee for our Front Desk Receptionist team!

Pay: Starting at $16/hr

Shifts:

• 8:30am to 5pm  Monday – Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families.
• Answers inbound telephone calls professionally and directs the caller to the correct recipient.
• Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions.
• Keeps entrance to building neat and tidy and maintains visitor log.
• Makes copies, faxes, scans, and files documents.
• Processes mail.
• Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Monitor call light system; monitors front door and maintains visitor log

Experience and Requirements:

• Working knowledge of basic PC skills
• Working knowledge of copy machine
