Overview:
We are seeking a part time, potentially full time, Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills with a welcoming demeanor to provide exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.


Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the salon, offering a beverage.
- Answer any and all questions a guest may have regarding appointments, pricing, products etc. on a multi-line phone system.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties including booking appointments. Full knowledge of styling schedule and services.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.


Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks


Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with phone systems
- Calendar management skills
- Customer support experience
