Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Weston, FL (4454 Weston Rd, at the Davie line)

$17-$20 per hour total earnings | Full-Time and Part-Time | Evenings and weekends required

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

• $15-$16 per hour base, guaranteed - youre paid hourly no matter what you sell
• $30 commission on every membership you sell

Front desk associates who work the phones and ask for the sale clear $17-$20 an hour once commission lands. Theres no cap on it. The ceiling is yours to set.

• Evenings and weekends are required. Thats when guests book, and thats where your commission is.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments
• Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale - youll carry a monthly goal
• Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast
• Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail
• Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system
• Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience
• Comfortable asking for the sale - and comfortable hearing no
• Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone
• Reliable and punctual, week in and week out
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
• Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
