We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant opportunity with a company located in Winter Park, FL.

The Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Answer telephones with proper etiquette, transfer calls to the appropriate team member, or take detailed messages.
  • Keep the Front Office, Conference Room, and Kitchen areas clean and organized.
  • Greet visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Stock the refrigerator with beverages and ensure water is available in the pitcher for coffee throughout the day.
  • Make copies and scan documents as needed.
  • Fully reload all copiers and printers with paper.
  • Maintain the office calendar and know the whereabouts of all personnel each day.
  • Receive, open, and distribute mail. If project-related, scan and save it to the appropriate project file and provide the original document to the addressee.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or administrative position.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
