As a Front Desk Fitness Representative, you'll be the first and last impression our members have each day. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping every member feel at home.

Available Shifts
We are hiring team members with availability for a variety of shifts.
Monday – Friday
- 4:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekends
- 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Availability Requirements
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Professional, clean, and polished appearance
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
- Previous fitness club or gym front desk experience
- Membership or retail sales experience
- Hospitality or customer service background
