What You’ll HandleAs a Front Desk Representative at Goldfish Swim School Bedford, you’re the first point of contact for families—keeping the front office running smoothly and making every visit feel welcoming and organized.Key responsibilities include providing “WOW” customer service, helping with class scheduling and billing, supporting new membership sales, and completing light organizing and cleaning tasks as needed.Required qualifications/skills:- Comfortable speaking with and assisting children and parents- Strong communication, basic technology, and organizational skills- High energy, reliable work ethic, and customer-first mindset- Must be at least 18 and able to pass background examinations prior to training- High School Diploma or equivalent preferredPay range: $15.50–$19 (part-time, onsite in Bedford, NH).
