Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to welcome customers and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide helpful assistance throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while helping maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for front desk inquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company activities.
  • Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
  • Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.
  • Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
  • Support general administrative and customer service activities.
  • Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and dependable.
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
