Front Desk Representative (FT)

Job Description:

The Front DeskRepresentativeat the Cardinalis responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.

 

Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday 7am -3pm
Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $16.50/hr

 

 

Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed  
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have excellent customer service skills
• 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus 
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office
  applications, internet-based and custom applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
