This role exists to create a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to follow-up.Key responsibilities include:- Deliver “WOW” customer service to members and guests- Support class scheduling, accounts, and billing questions- Help drive enrollments by sharing membership options- Keep the front area organized, including light cleaningRequired qualifications/skills:- Comfortable speaking with children and parents- Strong communication, basic tech skills, and organization- High energy, dependable work ethic- Ability to pass background examinations prior to training- High School Diploma or equivalent preferredPay is $16.75–$20.
