Front Desk Representative

Sensory Kids Therapy Services | North Liberty, Iowa
Schedule: Weekday afternoons and early evenings is our greatest need, around 20-25 hours/week
Pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience

Sensory Kids Therapy Services is seeking a friendly, dependable individual to join our pediatric occupational and speech therapy clinic. This person will be the welcoming face of Sensory Kids and help create a positive experience for every child and caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet children, caregivers, and visitors
• Answer phone calls and assist with routine questions
• Schedule and confirm therapy appointments
• Communicate schedule changes professionally
• Keep the waiting room and front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
• Complete routine administrative and clinic-support tasks
• Protect client confidentiality
