As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact. Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and collect payment. Responsibilities
Greet patients as they arrive and provide explanation of needed paperwork and collect insurance information
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
