What You'll Do
As a Glo Specialist, you'll be the face of the studio, helping create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
- Checking clients in and out using our booking system
- Performing customized airbrush tanning services after completing training
- Answering questions about services, memberships, products, and appointments
- Assisting clients with membership options and service recommendations
- Responding to calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
- Restocking products and supplies as needed
- Supporting studio goals through outstanding customer service and client retention
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable talking with clients and making recommendations
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the studio as needed
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, or fitness is a plus but not required
